Hold a table while the guest pays?

Goal: while a guest is filling contact details or paying, nobody else can take the same table/room.

After the guest picks a timeframe and plan elements, insert Pre-reserve selected elements.
Put contact / price / Pay now after the hold.
Set how long the hold lasts so abandoned checkouts free the place again.
